Welcome to Top of the Mountain Vegetable Farm + Bakery

High up in the mountains of Walden, Vermont, sits Top of the Mountain Vegetable Farm owned by us, George & Colleen Peak. 

​

Our journey began in 2008 when we purchased the land to start our own vegetable garden.

​

Top of the Mountain Farm also grows carrots, beets, zucchini, cucumbers, string beans, and much more!

​

 

 

What do you do with all of those vegetables you may ask? We use our veggies to make our canned goods such as bread & butter pickles, our Walden Heat and mango salsas, zucchini relish, pickled beets, dilly beans, dill pickles, and so much more. We always have something cooking up here! 

​

You may even see our Nigerian Dwarf goats, Elvy and Max who are spoiled rotten and always keeping us on our toes! 

​

When George and I began this adventure, our mission became to grow and offer fresh, quality vegetables at an affordable price to our local community. Today our farm is family owned and operated.
